Your new companyI am working with a leading organisation who are at the frontline of their field. They are looking for ambitious Service Desk Analysts to join the IT Team.Your new roleIn this exciting new opportunity, you will act as a first point of contact for all customers concerning all IT related incidents and service requests. You will provide technical support to all customers including telephony, printing solutions, hardware, user devices and desktop applications so that incidents are resolved within agreed service level standards. You will make sure that all data and records are maintained and up to date, as well as acting as a customer advocate, taking ownership and appropriate action to the enquiry which includes passing to colleagues in other teams where appropriate.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this position, you will have: Experience working within an IT Helpdesk environment Knowledge of O365 Experience with Active Directory An IT Qualification (NVQ Level 3, or equivalent at minimum) Good communication skillsWhat you'll get in returnYou will receive a competitive salary between £22,369 - £30,151, a generous holiday package, the opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
