Customer Service Team Leader - Slough- Hybrid Working Your new companyAn exciting new opportunity for as a permanent Customer Service Team Leader. Based in Slough, you will be joining a high growth global organisation. This is a market leader in the logistics industry, operating in more than 200 countries, employing well over 500,000 employees world wide. They also have strong core values and in November 2021, they received an award for inclusivity. Your new roleIn your new role you will be working side by side with the customer solutions team to develop bespoke solutions. You will ensure that customer records are accurate, and you will be updating the CRM system. You will be the first point of contact for customer support, handling any issues and complaints. If the query cannot be resolved then you will escalate to the Sales Support Manager. You will also be working in the project management team when handling complex on boarding of new customers. This is a hybrid position (Monday and Friday wfh) , hours are 9 till 5:30. What you'll need to succeedYou will have significant customer service experience, having previously led a small team. This could be in either an office based customer service or call centre environment. You will also need to have some experience with MS Office and CRM. This is a fast paced role so the successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must! What you'll get in returnIn return you will receive a salary up to £34,000. This amazing company also offers hybrid working. Monday and Friday you will be working from home and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday you will be in the office.
