Part time HR Administrator required for a large Logistics company in essex.We are currently recruiting for a part time HR Assistant for a large logistics company based in Essex.Main purpose of job: The purpose of the job will provide administrative assistance with the day to day running of the department working alongside the Human Resources team and support other areas of HQ when required. This a unique role for a person who is looking for a variety where you can develop.Main duties• Assist the HR Manager and HR/payroll Administrator when required• Assist within the end to end recruitment and employee onboarding process• Assist with the employee life cycle process – i.e holidays, absences, probation review.• Assist in the day to day health and safety/compliance administration when required.• Assist other areas of HQ such as the accounts department when required.• Take minutes to meetings when required.• Internal and external post• Answer phones and emails.• Purchase ordering – stationary, cleaning products, IT equipment and any other ad hoc requirements• Pre-employment checks - Reference requests, check right to work and assisting in process DBS checks.• Chase outstanding documents from employees• Set new employee up on Atlas• Allocate e learning and chasing outstanding• Keep employee records up to date on Atlas /HR Matrix• Arranging taxis,hotel accommodation and flights when required.• Manage diary calendars and liaise with department managers when required• Ensure all relevant administration procedures are followed and completed satisfactory to the required company standard.• To work within the company's operational procedures and within statutory requirements including the provision and maintenance of a safe working environment.• Contribute by ensuring good team work and high standards• Always follow health and safety rules, instructions, avoid improvisation and comply with the employee handbook/health and safety policy.Additional tasks and responsibilities will be required within reason to support the needs and requirements of the business.    Monday to Wednesday    9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm    28 days holiday    Paid company events    Pension    Discounts on retails outlets    Paying up to £26,000 pro rataRef: 4320958Talk to Sara Ayres, the specialist consultant managing this position, located in London-Romford4th Floor, 3 - 5 Eastern Road
