Robert Half currently has a short-term contract / temporary opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join their dynamic, innovative team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, month-end, account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and fixed assets. Responsibilities- Bring a daily dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Analyze financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics)- Realize compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP- Other projects as necessary- Be a part of various department-wide initiativesRequirements- Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges- Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment- Current and relevant ERP system experience, NetSuite is highly preferred- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
