Support Worker | Young Person Leaving Care | Accrington | Permanent Role Your new companyIn your new company specialising in 16-18year old Leaving Care services in the Accrington area. You will be working with in a purpose built home expanded their service into 2 facilities, specifically in leaving care. Your new roleIn your new role, you will be working with young people in a leaving care service with the main goal being the promotion of independence across health, finance, careers and more. The roles come with a variety of shifts available inclusive of days, nights and sleeps. The positions will be permanent work. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need to be confident in working with children & young people and have a genuine desire to support the service users and work of the other permanent members of staff. Having an NVQ L2 or L3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
