This Accounting Manager position with a burgeoning, innovative Metal Fabrication company is for candidates who can take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Apply today with Robert Half!Responsibilities- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable- Work alongside FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook- Assemble various technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses- Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration- Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes- Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met- Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior AccountantRequirements- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable- Customer service oriented communication skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience- CPA or MBA preferred- 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience- Strong problem-solving skills- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel- Practical knowledge of Navision- Microsoft Excel experience preferred- Solid understanding of general ledger- Consolidations experience- Demonstrated knowledge of financial statements consolidation- Adeptness in Corporate Consolidation- General familiarity with General Ledger System- Experience with Financial Consolidation- Proven technical skills
