As a Nurse within our agency, you will work as an autonomous health provider in a dynamic, evidence-based multidisciplinary practice offering essential health services (assessment, intervention, and treatment) to a diverse patient profile. Nurses in CSC work in accredited mental health facilities, as well as in Health Services Centres which provide care to Acute, High Intensity, Moderate Intensity and Primary Care Patients. Services can include infectious disease prevention and control, opiate substitution therapy programs, suicide prevention, enhanced discharge planning, and mental health interventions to support offenders with mental health disorders.
