At Grundfos you will get the opportunity to be a key factor in a strategic programme, which aims to modernize the technical foundation, supporting our commercial organization.   “You’ll work on ensuring that one of the most important commercial projects for Grundfos in the coming years will have the intended impact on its’ 5000+ stakeholders.“- explains Kristine Nedergaard-Berntsen, Head of Group Commercial Excellence.   Lead and enable progress and impact As our new Programme Manager your key responsibility will be to ensure the growth of the strategic programme called “Commercial Core”. The technological (SAP Sales and Service Cloud - CRM) change that is central to this programme will affect 5000+ employees at Grundfos and is seen as a stepping stone towards many of our future ambitions, and managing the expectations that this brings is a part of your role.   Specifically, you will: · Lead the programme and ensure high quality · Oversee programme planning and execution · Manage programme budgets and ressources · Identify, mitigate and escalate programme risks · Ensure stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment · Consolidate and distribute regular status updates and reports.   You will become a part of an enthusiastic team, where we have a great focus on collaboration. Lastly you enjoy structure and are highly detail-oriented.   Moreover, we imagine that you: · Masters’ degree in business or similar · Most likely have 10+ years of job experience · Solid background for delivering large and complex programmes especially in the interface between IT and business · Proven results for delivering good programmes · Experience with change management as a natural part of running programmes · Proficient at communication and facilitation · Possess good knowledge of commercial organizations, commercial processes and the digital platforms, that support them · Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.   What’s in it for you?
