Robert Half has a Temporary opening full time in Allentown PA! This HR Recruiter will be onsite for the opening of a Local Hospital! Previous experience specific to sourcing RN's and CNA's required.Your responsibilities in this role- Writing and posting job opportunity advertisements- Employing digital recruiting resources- Supporting new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations- Administering interviews- Conducting various administrative duties- Forming internal recommendations- Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platformsRequirements- This position's duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience- Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals- Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting- Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology- Basic Medical Terminology experience required- Foundational knowledge in HRIS- We are looking for someone who has proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
