Apply today with Robert Half!What you get to do every single day- Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures- Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook- Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration- Lead and supervise the accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure close deadlines are met- Review and analyze balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant- Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems- Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processesContact: Salvatore.Zappulla@Roberthalf, if you meet the qualifications send your resume to Salvatore.Zappulla@RobertHalf.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset- General familiarity with Direct Supervision- Epicor experience- Proven knowledge of enterprise resource planning- Experience with Dynamics GP- Command of manufacturing- Well-founded grasp of Accounts Payable (AP)- Epicor Erp experience- Month end closings experience desired- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable- CPA or MBA preferred- Solid technology and analytical abilities- 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
