Currently we are seeking to hire a Shop Supervisor to join our team in Lurgan. As Supervisor you will be involved in the running of a store in line with company objectives and ensuring company standards. You will supervise the shop floor and coordinate employee’s activity. . ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily operations of the storeSupervising and coordinating the activities of retail staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performanceAssisting with customer service issuesManaging inventory levels, including ordering stock, conducting stock checks, and ensuring accurate record-keepingProviding training and development opportunities for retail staffSkills and QualificationsEssential Skills Minimum 6 months experience in Supervisor or Supervisor Assistant role is required.Conversational English Language level is essential.Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages (Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Croatian, etc.)Full flexibility is required, including the availability to work on day shifts: 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, which may include bank holidays.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt, prioritise tasks, and handle unexpected situations.Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.Willingness to learn, self-development, and a desire for success while contributing to a positive team environment and promoting our brand.Desirable Skills Sales experience is preferred.Further InformationLocation: 36B Windsor Avenue, Castle Lane Demesne, Lurgan, Craigavon.
