Full Time Support Worker - £20,319 per yearYour new companyOur client is a mental health recovery pathway service located in Weston Super Mare, providing person-centred support to enable individuals to rebuild living skills, resilience and independence.Your new roleAs a Support Worker, you will provide the people we support with the agreed necessary support to maximise their independence and help them develop and maintain relationships as well as social and life skills.You will ensure that the people we support are at the centre of their support package.
