We invite a top project manager in the field of 3D scanning to join our team. What needs to be done? Provide effective project management, control the implementation of deadlines, budget and quality of work in projects Constantly communicate with Customers: present the company, technical solutions, commercial offers. Interact with Clients on project requirements and priorities. Develop and sell the most attractive technical solutions. Initiate the sale of additional services and products. Conclude agreements with customers. Ensure high quality of work and customer satisfaction with the work of the company Collaborate with the team: motivate, distribute areas of responsibility, set goals, provide tools to complete the work, be responsible for completing projects on time. Main goals: • Serving existing and finding new clients • Conclusion of contracts and coordination of project details • Organization and quality implementation of projects in the field of 3D scanning • Selection, planning and control of the work of performers — support for the preparation of working documentation • Coordination of necessary permits and permits for objects • Control over inventory and rational use of company assets • Communication with customers on the implementation and commissioning of facilities • Administrative work — closing deals, controlling financial records, reporting to management and accounting From the candidate we expect: • Practical work experience of at least 2 years as a project manager or head of an engineering department • Understanding the specifics of working in the field of 3D scanning, architecture or construction • Knowledge and experience in project management: cost estimation, quality, deadlines and budget • High communication skills — the ability to negotiate with customers, the ability to negotiate and take into account the interests of different groups of people, the ability to politely and clearly express thoughts • Ability to perform high-quality administrative tasks and manage a team • Ability to work in a multitasking environment • Be a positive and team player • Language skills – Latvian, Russian, English • Driving license B category The company is ready to provide: • Interesting engineering 3D projects in industry, construction and architecture • Competitive wages and the possibility of financial growth • Work schedule — 5 days a week, from 09:00 — 18:00 • Friendly team and the opportunity to show their leadership qualities • Learning and personal growth.
