As Senior Software Engineer you have the opportunity to work in a scaled agile environment within international distributed and passionate teams developing high quality solutions for the medical hearing health care sector. The customer-oriented software you develop is used by health care professionals worldwide to support hearing impaired people on their hearing journey. For your work you apply the latest technologies and tools such as Visual Studio / Rider, ReSharper, .NET 7+, and actively contribute to development and evolution of our platforms.   Your tasks Software development for hearing healthcare applications, application / business logic and UIImplement, test, integrate, and maintain Sonova desktop fitting platform and applicationsDevelop and integrate desktop application services with audiologic domain and backend servicesClosely collaborate and perform as a team with architects, project leaders, test-, UX- and requirements engineersActively participate in the entire software development processContribute to an agile, developer-driven culture and environment Your profile BSc/MSc degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent5+ years of experience with C#, .NET; experience or interest in Rust is a plusStrong programming skills and experience with UI frameworks (WPF, HTML, MVVM)Experience in software application architecture concepts and design patternsExperience in larger complex software development projectsResult-oriented team player with a pragmatic approachPassionate about best practice software development principles and technologiesInterest to develop new application platform on future technologies such as WinUI, Blazor, Uno Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus Our offer We can offer you a new challenge, with interesting tasks and much more - including an open corporate culture, flat hierarchies, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, an excellent range of foods, sports and cultural facilities, attractive employment conditions, and flexible working time models in various roles.
