Architectural Technician required for a fixed term of 12 months! Your new companyHays is excited to announce they are working with a fantastic Architectural design company. Based in the Cambridgeshire area, they have been established for over 20 years, specialising in the food industry. Our client is not only well-established but also highly ambitious, growing much larger and offering different services. To support the business in their growth, they are seeking a Architectural Technician to join them on a 12-month contract basis. Your new roleYou will have a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to join a well-established team, being involved in the planning and designing of warehouses in the food industry. Using your skills to help the team create buildings for some of the biggest names in the industry, you will be joining the design team of other passionate people and working collaboratively with them to be a part of some amazing projects. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed you would need to be passionate, creative and who like to use their initiative. You will ideally have experience in the industrial industry, a good knowledge of the latest building regulations and be able to use Revit. You should also be able to work well both in a team and individually and have the willingness to learn more specialized concepts such as steel structure and cladding.
