A new opportunity to join a world leading manufacturer at their main UK site, joining a team of Analysts in providing system support to users across the globe.As Apprentice IT Support you will:    Provide 1st line support to all users across all sites    Respond to IT support queries in person and remotely    Resolve hardware and software issues    Log all support issues on the helpdesk system    Carry out daily systems checks    Install PC updates and ensure standard builds are maintained    Work to company defined SLA’s & KPI’sWe are looking for an individual with a combination of the following:    Degree or equivalent in IT related subject    Flexible, pro-active approach with 'hands on' approach    Demonstrable passion for Tech    Excellent communications and customer service skills    Basic understanding of PC hardware set-ups    Knowledge of Windows Servers & Active directoryWhat you’ll get in returnA salary of £18,000-22,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (buy/sell 5 additional days), pension contribution up to 6%, 10% bonus, opportunity to buy stocks, access to flexible benefits plans and more.
