We are looking for an enthusiastic nursery assistant to join our team. .Responsibilities    Assist the supervisor in the smooth running of the room, providing safe, educational and fun care.    They will follow all policies and procedures.    They will assist with planning and observations and input ideas.    Encourage parental involvement. Help ensure that the room is appropriately laid out before the day commences and is tidied up after the day ends.    The Assistant also helps to ensure good standards of hygiene are followed and that equipment is safe and regularly checked.    Help provide and take part in all the group's activities, nappy changing and cleaning of the rooms.    Attend relevant evening meetings and courses as directed by the manager.    Keep strictly confidential any personal information regarding the children, their families or other staff which is learnt as part of the job.    Report to supervisor and/or Manager.Skills and QualificationsEssential Skills    Must have minimum NVQ Level 2 CCLD or willing to enrol.Desirable Skills    Safeguarding.    First Aid.Further InformationWork time: Monday-Friday 7am-6.30pm
